Genuine manufacturer parts are my first choice whenever I can get them. When one isn't available, I'll walk you through the aftermarket option I'm proposing before anything gets installed.
If the part I installed fails within twelve months, I'll replace it and cover the labor at no charge. That coverage is specific to the part I installed—it doesn't extend to something else failing down the road.

I prefer the exact genuine manufacturer part. If it is unavailable, I may identify a suitable aftermarket option before installation so you know what is proposed.
What Does the One-Year Warranty Include?
It covers the part I installed and the labor to put it in, for a full year. A separate problem with something else in the machine would be a new visit.
