Minneapolis Deserves Better Than a 1-800 Number
When your refrigerator dies at 7 PM on a Tuesday in Uptown, the last thing you need is a national chain telling you they can squeeze you in next Thursday between noon and five. Minneapolis homeowners call me because I actually pick up, I actually show up the same day, and I actually know what I'm looking at when I open up your machine.
I've been repairing appliances in this city since the Metrodome was still under construction. I know the Kenmore washers that every landlord in Dinkytown put in their rental units in the nineties. I know the Whirlpool fridges that came standard in the Linden Hills remodels a decade ago. When you tell me your address and your appliance brand, I probably already have a good guess about what's going wrong.
How a Service Call Works
You call or text me at (612) 913-6986. I ask you what's happening with your appliance and we pick a time that works. I always call ahead before I arrive so you can get the dog settled and unlock the right door.
When I show up, I run a full diagnostic. That's the $89 service call fee. If you approve the repair, that $89 goes toward the total. If you decide not to repair, you only pay the diagnostic fee and I leave you with an honest explanation of what's wrong and what your options are.
Most repairs are done on the first visit because I stock the parts that fail most often in my service vehicle. If your repair needs a part I have to order, there's no second trip charge. I come back, install it, and you're set.
Every Neighborhood, Every Appliance
From the vintage stoves in the Powderhorn bungalows to the high-end Sub-Zeros in the Kenwood mansions, I've seen the full range of what Minneapolis kitchens and laundry rooms look like. I work on all major brands and all four core appliance types: refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens. Each repair is backed by my full one-year warranty on parts and labor.
